NoMa Expungement Clinic & Community Resource Fair
Access essential resources, including expungement/pardon assistance, career development, youth resources, and more, all in one place!
The NoMa Expungement Clinic and Community Resource Fair is hosted by the Wilmington Public Library System in collaboration with the Delaware Office of Defense Services, Wilmington Alliance, & NECDC. Preregistration is strongly recommended but walk-in services will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We can only help with Delaware criminal records.
The clinic will be held on Monday November 2nd, 2026, from 11:00am – 2:00pm at the NoMa Library (3905 N. Market Street Wilmington, DE 19802).
