Speakers’ Bureau

Overview

The Office of Defense Services has a roster of lawyers, paraprofessionals, and staffers statewide who are available at no cost to speak to community groups about the work we do. Community engagements can range from trainings, career fairs, guest speakers of various professions, expungement clinics, community resource fairs, panels, juvenile justice jeopardy, and more!

Juvenile Justice Jeopardy

Juvenile Justice Jeopardy (JJJ) is an interactive jeopardy game designed to teach youth about the parts of Delaware law that impact them. By engaging in the game, youth will learn how to safely interact with law enforcement officers, the potential consequences of breaking the law as a youth, how to respond when peers make poor decisions, and more. ODS has four game versions of Juvenile Justice Jeopardy.

This program is funded through the Delaware Criminal Justice Council by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
