The Building Bridges to Success Expungement Clinic and Community Resource Fair is hosted by ReEntry Delaware in collaboration with the Delaware Office of Defense Services, Wilmington University, DELJIS, and APEX. Preregistration is strongly recommended but walk-in services will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We can only help with Delaware criminal records.

The clinic will be held on Tuesday August 4th, 2026, from 11:00am – 2:00pm at Wilmington University’s New Castle Campus (320 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE 19702).
