The Building Bridges to Success Expungement Clinic and Community Resource Fair is hosted by ReEntry Delaware in collaboration with the Office of Defense Services, Wilmington University, and Delaware Department of Justice. Preregistration is strongly recommended but walk-in services will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We can only help with Delaware criminal records.

The clinic will be held on Friday May 9th, 2025, from 10:00am – 2:00pm at Wilmington University’s Dover Campus (3282 N. Dupont Highway, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901).
